GOJI Creative ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based social media and content studio. You can reach us at info@gojicreative.com.

When you fill in our enquiry form we collect:

• Your name and business name
• Your email address and (optionally) phone number
• Your website and any social media links you provide
• What level of support you're looking for and your message
• Limited technical data such as the date/time of submission and browser type

We only collect what you choose to send us. We do not buy or sell personal data.

• To reply to your enquiry — legitimate interests and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To send you a confirmation email that we've received your enquiry — same basis as above.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up properly and improve our service — legitimate interests.

We do not add you to a marketing list from the enquiry form. If we ever want to send marketing, we'll ask first.

When we reply to you by email, that communication is delivered through standard email infrastructure. Both sides of the conversation are stored in our email inbox so we can find it again later.

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (e.g. which pages get viewed, which buttons get clicked). Plausible is a privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics service. It does not track you across other websites and does not collect personal data such as your name or email.

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can pick a conversation back up if you return. You can ask us to delete your record sooner — just email us.

We use trusted service providers to run this website and send email (for example our hosting platform and our email delivery provider). They process data on our behalf under written terms. We do not share your information for their own marketing.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask what data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk)

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page will always show the latest version.
